The Presidium is the supreme body of The Golden Chariot. It includes representatives of transport departments from foreign countries, well-known persons and personalities the international transport community, leaders of major international transport associations and companies, sponsors and partners of The Golden Chariot. The Presidium is authorized to solve any issues related to the The Golden Chariot. It works closely with the Organizing Committee and other experts. The President of the Presidium is changed annually.

 

The Expert Council considers and makes statements about the nominees – and then chooses the winners of each category. The Expert Council is formed by the Organizing Committee, which in turn consults and receives candidates for the appointment from of the Presidium, members of international transport organizations, trade unions and other experts. The Expert Council includes recognized experts from the transportation industry and also scholars, which provides professional, objective and independent assessment of the transport companies, leaders and other nominees who have made a special contribution to the development of transport industry.

 

The organizer of Golden Chariot, the international transport award is the Foundation of Social Programmes Implementation, a non-profitable organization. The Award was started in 2004. Since 2010 the Golden Chariot has gained an international status and turned as an international transport award with its award presentation ceremonies held worldwide. The non-profitable organization, The Foundation of Implementation of Social Programs, organizes The Golden Chariot International Transport Award. The Award was first arranged in 2004. Rewarded companies are organizations, unions and persons in the transport and infrastructure industry. The purpose of the Award is to draw attention to the best improvements, innovations, creations, ideas and new technologies that lead the transport industry forward.
